Registration

On-line registration for conference participation will be open from 16thFebruary 2017. Please go to menu ‘Registration’ to fill in your information. Your registration status will be confirmed after the payment is made to the conference organizer.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees are determined by your country of residence*, category**, and when you register***. The fee include lunch, coffer breaks during the conference, welcome reception and a conference kit.

In paying in Thai Baht: All bank’s charges shall be borne in full by the participant. In paying in USD, the transaction fee is inclusive in the registration fee for the payment made via Credit Card. 

* The fee is determined by where you currently live; not where you are from.

** There are special rates for students. Students will be required to show identification when they collect their registration materials at the conference. 

*** Early bird fees will be charged until 31 March 2017. Regular fees will be charged after 31 March until 14 July 2017.  

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
On-site registration (late fees) will be charged with regular fees plus THB 2,000/60USD).

FEE PAYMENT
Full payment MUST be received prior to the commencement of ICTS13. Registration will be confirmed after the payment is received. Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Credit Card Payment 
Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted 

2. Bank Transfer
The Conference bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated at the completion of your registration.

To confirm your payment, please scan the transfer receipt and email it to: ICTS13.CM@gmail.com, with “ICTS13 Registration” in the subject line.

CANCELLATION
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office.Registrations cancelled before 31th May 2017 more will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
